Industrial dry ice pellet machine with capacities from 40-1000kg/h. Produces dry ice pellets for dry ice blasting, cooling, and cleaning applications.

The dry ice pellet machine is specially designed to convert liquid carbon dioxide into high-density dry ice pellets through an extrusion molding process. The machine is widely used in dry ice cleaning companies, cold chain logistics, food processing plants, pharmaceutical industries, and industrial cleaning businesses.
Our dry ice pelletizer can produce capacities ranging from 40 kg/h to 1,000 kg/h, making it suitable for both small-scale production workshops and large industrial dry ice plants.
The standard products produced by the machine are 3 mm, 16mm, 19mm, and 21mm dry ice pellets, which are the most commonly used consumables for dry ice blasting cleaning machines. If customers intend to use a dry ice cleaning machine, a dry ice pellet machine is an essential supporting device.

Dry ice pellets have become increasingly popular due to their residue-free and environmentally friendly characteristics.
The most important application of dry ice pellets is dry ice blasting.
Suitable for cleaning:
Dry ice blasting cleans surfaces without causing abrasion, moisture damage, or secondary waste.
Dry ice pellets are commonly used for:
Dry ice pellets are also widely used in scientific research and laboratories for low-temperature experiments.

One of the biggest advantages of our dry ice pellet machine is its flexible mold design.
Customers can purchase multiple extrusion molds according to production requirements.
Available pellet diameters include:
Changing molds is simple and can be completed within a short period.
To meet different customer budgets and application requirements, we offer two machine materials.
Carbon Steel Type
Stainless Steel Type
Preferred for the food and pharmaceutical industries

Most industrial dry ice pellet machines are designed with a double-head extrusion structure.
Advantages include:
Heavy-duty caster wheels can be installed for easier movement inside workshops.
Features:

The pelletizing process includes four steps.
Step 1: Liquid CO₂ Expansion
Liquid carbon dioxide rapidly expands inside the chamber and transforms into dry ice snow.
Step 2: Dry Ice Snow Collection
Dry ice snow accumulates inside the extrusion chamber.
Step 3: Pellet Extrusion
The hydraulic system compresses dry ice snow and pushes it through the extrusion die.
Uniform pellets are continuously discharged.
Step 4: Collection and Storage
Finished pellets can be packed immediately or supplied directly to dry ice blasting equipment.
